The Poeirinho comes from several very old plots, some of which centuries. It was vinified in part mill, part in stainless steel vats, where fermented and macerated for 4 weeks. The malolactic took place in Old 2500L tanks, where it aged for 20 months. It was bottled without filtration.
Grape Varieties:
Baga
Tasting Notes:
It shows a very vivid colour in violet tones. Nose highly complex, very expressive in the red fruit notes, with a very fresh floral side. The purity of aromas and its huge freshness impress. The limestone terroir fluttering in the aroma and enhances the elegance and finesse of Baga. The palate is very thin, with uncanny accuracy. Vertical and with great vigour, has delicate tannins that make it quite exciting to enjoy now, but thanks to very good acidity and its depth will live long decades in the basement. End of refreshing mouth, inviting us to another glass of pure pleasure.
