Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC, followed by a second fermentation in bottle (classic method).

Tasting Notes:
Of citrus appearance, defined and persistent bubble. The nose is young with dried fruit and toasted nuances. In the mouth is fruity, fresh with a crunchy mousse and a good persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 6-8ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent companion when served at dessert with pies, ice cream or fruit.
