Winemaking:
After completing the malolactic fermentation, 50% of the wine aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Alfrocheiro

Tasting Notes:
Very aromatic, suggesting good floral notes and some jam. Very soft, fresh and structured in mouth, good presence of fruit and some tannins contribute to a persistent and elegant final.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Choose the right moment to drink it, and take time to prepare the bottle and enjoy the occasion. Ideally, the bottle should be stood upright the night before. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It should be decanted before serving to separate the wine from the natural deposit. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy it, accompanied by fine red meat or game dishes, or even hard cheeses.
