Grapes from three different plots of the Quinta with different altitudes. Manual harvest into 20kg boxes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Pre and post-fermentative maceration. The wine only has a slight filtration. Aging for 15 months in second and third year French oak barrels. Vineyards with an average age of 40 years.
Touriga Nacional,Old Vines
Intense ruby colour. Aroma full of ripe fruit, with notes of forest, spices and cocoa. In the mouth it is dense with thick tannins and an acidity present to create good balance. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Complex aromatic dishes, red and game meats, poultry stews or pork roasts.
