Winemaking:
From a 100 years old vineyard. Vinification with total destemming; fermentation with the grape skin 5-6 days. Maceration after fermentation, minimum 8 days. Ageing for 12 months in new French oak, Allier and Nevers; 12 months , minimum period in the bottle.

Sousão,Tinta Amarela,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Notes of violet, eucalyptus, varnish and black plums. Deep, complex, but always with great freshness and elegance. Full of fresh fruit, liquorice and spices. Involving, dense, but with a remarkable harmony and balance.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Ideal to accompany spicy dishes and game meats.
