Produced with Caramunich and Carafa malts - which offered flavour and colour, it presents caramel notes in a solid base that lets the Simcoe hops shine. Hopped with Simcoe and Columbus - both American hops - expresses grapefruit and pine flavour, with grape nuances. In the mouth it is very smooth and dry.
