Winemaking:
The grapes, previously destemmed, went to a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control systems between 26º and 28º C, for 14 days. Maceration for 28 days. Aging process in oak.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Very rich in aroma with notes of blackberries and red fruit. In the mouth it is balanced, with notes of ripe fruit and spices. Smooth but firm tannins. The aftertaste is long and balanced.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 - 18°C.

Food Pairing:
Ideal to serve with a good steak.
