Winemaking:
The grapes, previously destemmed, went through a low temperature pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in small stainless vats with temperature control, not going over 27. °C for 12 days. The wine aged, partially, for five months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep colour, with violet shades and good concentration in the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruits, jam and floral. In the palate it presents smooth and velvety notes of ripe fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Long and balanced aftertaste, with tannins that demonstrate good ageing potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.

Game dishes, red meats and stews.
