Made from our best selection of Negra Mole grapes. Previously desteemed the grapes went through a low temperature pre- fermentative maceration for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control between 26º - 28ºC, for 14 days. Maceration post fermentation in contact with submerged cap for 28 days.
With a beautiful light ruby colour this wine presents a complex aromatic profile with floral and cherry notes. In the mouth is very elegant, fresh and full of red fruits.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontaly in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 14 to 16ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
