Winemaking: The best Moscatel Roxo grapes are intended for this wine. Before soft pressing, the grapes were in contact with the skin for a short time. The wort was then vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel containers in order to preserve the freshness and the primary aromas of the grape variety. The silky texture of the wine is the result of the fermentation and stage of 3 months in contact with the fine lees.
