A careful selection of grapes in a very good state of maturation that passed a period of pre-fermentative maceration. This wine was vinified in stainless steel vats and underwent a very gentle pressing in order to preserve the freshness and the primary character of the grape varieties. It has been aged for 3 months in used French oak barrels for better integration of tannins and flavors.
A wine with a velvety structure that reveals delicate aromas of black plum, cherry and light touches of licorice.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
