Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in steel tanks with temperature controlled between 18º to 20º, without yeast’s addition. Ageing for 4 months in clay amphorae of 140l.
Nose of great elegance with notes of white, apricot and orange, all in a very fine and mineral set where some notes of chalk and walnuts appear. Mouth very harmonious but structured and tense with notes of spices and vegetables. Very fine fruit that lasts for a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 7-14ºC.
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
