Grapes are hand-selected on a purpose-built selection table; Innoculation with selected yeasts; Prolonged fermentation and maceration in ‘lagares’ (traditional open fermenters); Aged for 12 months in new French oak barriques.
Deep, concentrated ruby colour; Complex aromas of matured fruit and subtle oak nuances. Full-flavoured, round, silky and mature tannins.
