The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly to a vat; 3 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC to preserve fruit flavours: Malolatic fermentation in French new oak ( 40% of the wine).
Deep purply red color. On the nose look for red fruit, coffee and chocolate. Complex with notes of wet soil. On the palate fresh and tasty red fruit standing out. Steady, persistent with a earthy character typical of the cooler areas of the Alentejo.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
