Winemaking:
Grapes from the best northern Alentejo plots were harvested in the freshness of the morning, stripped and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours. The wort, clarified, fermented with controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. After gluing and filtration, it was bottled to keep its character fresh and fruity.

Tasting Notes:
Wine of citrus colour and alive, aromas of stone fruit (plum and apricot) and some minerality. Fresh mouth and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with dish fishes and shellfish.

Contains sulphites.
