rafted from early picked Aragonez (Tempranillo) and Merlot, pressed and fermented together. After 24 hours of skin maceration, only the free-run was selected. Matured on fine lees with regular agitation for 2 months.
Attractive light pink salmon colour. Lifted red berry fruit aromatics, with some savoury and rose petal notes delicate but full flavoured palate, showing sweet berry fruits but still nicely dry and with good balancing acidity. Very gastronomic.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
