Winemaking:
Mechanical Harvested During the night. Total Destemming. During fermentation maceration before 48h. Fermentation with controlled temperature (21 ° C-25 ° C) in stainless steel vats. Malolactic Fermentation in stainless still vats with oak staves. 50% aging in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with intense ruby colour. Scent of red fruit, black plums and chocolate. The palate is intense, good acidity and polished tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from Azeitão” or a traditional Roquefort”.
