Fermentation in mill with foot treading and temperature control. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels, half new and half of 2nd year.
A very deep, rich red colour. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, its finish has some earthy notes that add to its complexity. Silky and velvety texture, this is an intense, structured red wine, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant with a fresh finish and great keeping potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
