The grapes grew in our vineyard and picked by hand, carried in small boxes of 12kgs to the winery. Fermentation process occurred under controlled temperature in small tanks where grapes were crushed by traditional method. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 7 months.

This wine features a bright colour with purple and red reflections. On the nose, the aroma emerges alive and refreshing notes of berries, plums and red ripe fuit are easily identifiable. In the mouth, the wine is very soft and fresh with silky tannins, balanced with a good structure. The finish is long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
