Wine produced in the Alentejo Region from selected grapes from the Petit Verdot chaste, fermented in marble and aged in new barrels of French oak during one year.

Ruby colour. Refined aroma, with ripe fruit, restrained and sober, keeping record of elegance and good toasted. The palate is refined and modest tannins, acidity but more discreet enough to grace the final persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
