Manually harvested at night to ensure freshness, followed by gentle crushing to the vats by gravity, with an open spout. Natural cold settling, without any additives. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats without any barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Pale pink colour. Floral aroma of Touriga Nacional and fresh red fruit notes of Aragonêz. Creamy texture on the palate balanced with refreshing acidity.
