Manual harvest. Fermentation in small stainless steal tanks with temperature control 25ºC – 27ºC, long and intense maceration. Aging 1 year in 300L barrel of French and Portuguese oak.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour, almost black. Aroma with red fruits (blackcurrant much mostly) but strong and which notes a little alcohol. Red fruit, some wood and smokehouse something aggressive. Consistent and well-written must still wait a little longer to open.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
