With excellent acidity, which extends until the end, giving it great freshness and persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.

Food Pairing:
Well matched with grilled fish or simple dishes of pasta aldente that are enhanced by a wine that has considerable fruit presence and freshness.
