Manual harvest and selection of the best Touriga grapes. Total destemming followed by fermentation at 26ºC temperature (78,8ºF). The fermentation took place in special tanks with a robot pigeaur system. Malolactic fermentation was in new French oak barrels followed by a 14 months ageing on the some barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma of dark fruits. Hints of tobacco, coffee and spices. It is a full-bodied wine with complex flavours in the palate. Very long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany meat, game, baked fish, codfish drenched with olive oil and cheese.
