Winemaking:
The harvest was done manually to 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of berries and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice clarified and fermented at low temperatures.

Antão Vaz,Arinto,Roupeiro

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
