Winemaking:
Total stripping, pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 25 ° C and prolonged maceration. Ageing for 12 months in barrels of French oak and American oak.

Touriga Nacional,Syrah,Alicante Bouschet,Aragonêz

Tasting Notes:
Deep Red colour. Intense notes of jam, where stands the raspberry. Good marriage with the wood. It appears large, with freshness. Firm tannins and ripe. Good persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with Chicken, Pork, Fatty Fish and Soft Cheeses.
