Grapes cooled in a refrigerator to 12ºC before being vinified. Pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in marble presses with foot treading at controlled temperature. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats. After bottling, it was aged in bottle for 5 months.

Beautiful open ruby colour. Delicate and fragrant aroma, cherry, raspberry, wild strawberries, a touch of pine needles and resin. Red fruit predominates in the mouth, light, smooth and balanced, with fine acidity that runs through the entire tasting. Elegant finish, very refreshing and full of character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
