Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature at 24ºC. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 2 years in new French oak barrels, followed by 8 years in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. On the nose it presents black fruit, very ripe plum, spices, complex finish with notes of dried fruits. Very balanced mouth with present acidity that gives it excellent freshness. Very well integrated wood.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Intense cheeses, oleaginous nuts, game dishes, intense dishes, confit pork belly, migas with spare ribs.
