Destemming and light crush. Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. After pressing, the wine is transferred to 500L French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 12 months.

Deep ruby colour. Aroma dominated by fruit, ripe cherry and fresh plum, in perfect balance with light toasted notes from aging in wood. The fine and well-polished tannins gives a structured and velvety taste in the mouth, marked by elegance. Long and juicy finish.

The ideal service temperature is between 16º and 17ºC.
