After de-stemming and a soft crushing, grapes were cold macerated for a period of 5 days. Fermentation occurred at low temperature (24°C) in stainless steel vats, to preserve freshness. The wine remained in post-fermentative maceration for 21 days and after malolactic it was aged in old French oak barrels. The wines matured in 225 liters barrels for 18 months. The final blend was made after a quality selection guided by numerous tasting tests. Only 6,300 bottles were produced.

Deep ruby coloured wine, it shows a warm and complex fruity aroma with notes of vanilla, spices and fresh herbal notes. In the palate it has firm and elegant tannins combined with a lively freshness. It shows a long after taste with great aromatic persistence. A wine full of character promising good evolution in bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 17ºC. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Enjoy with game, roasted meat dishes and aged cheese.
