Harvest during the 3rd week of August. Fermentation in a small, small capacity stainless steel vat at a temperature of 15º C for 17 days. Stage in vat for 3 months
Citrine color. It presents good tropical aromas with some mineral notes. Extremely balanced, with a good volume in the mouth. Its freshness and good acidity give it a very elegant and balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 12º C.
Go well with grilled fish and seafood dishes.
