Winemaking: The selected grapes, are carried exclusively in 20 kg boxes, which are submitted to a thermal shock in a cold chamber before being de-stemmed. This is followed by a process of pressing and extraction of the liquid must which is transferred to a vat at low temperatures. It is then decanted and transferred to the fermentation tank. Bottling is carried out after a slight filtration in order to maintain its initial characteristics.
