Manual harvest. Cold skin maceration for a period of 12h. Fermentation started in concrete tanks. End of fermentation was made in 500 L French oak barrels. It aged 16 months in 500 L French oak barrels. Bottle aged for a period of 3 months.

Tasting Notes:
Yellow-green colour. The aroma has a mineral matrix with a spicy frame background , announcing the terroir and the barrel ageing. Very mouth filling, tension, structure and acidity that will allow a good growth in bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at temperature 12-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with fatty fish dishes, white meats and lean red meats.
