Produced from hand-picked Verdelho grapes, it begins fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before finishing the main fermentation in new French oak barrels. Left to rest sur lies, bâtonnage occurs during the first 12 weeks after 6 months of barrel aging and before bottling.
