Deep garnet colour. Black fruit, chocolate, menthol, black pepper. Good mouth volume, some vegetable, very elegant tannins. Long finish with excellent freshness.

Store in a horizontal position in a fresh spot far from direct natural light. It should be served at 18º.

Accompanies perfectly grilled red meat and Game. For a successful combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy we suggest a lamb stew marinade.
