Winemaking:Alvarinho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown at our Alentejan Atlantic coast vineyards, are blended with Viognier grapes grown inland at Cortes de Cima. Harvested during the cool hours of the early morning the grapes were destemmed and pressed, followed by settling at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermented at controlled temperatures in oak barrels and stainless steel tank, matured on fine lees, with regular stirring. Fermented and aged for 6 months in French Oak (40%), and then blended to give balanced varietal fruit and oak complexity. Estate bottled in April 2015.

Tasting Notes:
A barrel aged blend of local and international varieties grown on our cool Atlantic coastal vineyards and in the warmer Alentejan interior. The wine shows an elegant palate, with delicate citric floral notes. A gastronomic wine, with rich fruit flavors and a good acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed between 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfectly accompanies a fat fish, dishes with expressive acidity like ceviche, or even a medium intensity meat.
