Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 6 hours; fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 17ºC, followed by batonnage for 3 months.
Citrine yellow color with greenish hints and fresh aroma resembling tropical fruits. In the mouth it has a well integrated acidity, it is bulky and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 12 ºC.
Great to accompany fish and shellfish.
