Winemaking:This wine is only made in years of exceptional quality and chosen from the best parcels of Alicante Bouschet in the Carapetos vineyard. Crushed by foot and after fermentation in the lagares it is aged in in two wooden vats numbered 3 and 4 for 24 months. It then matures for a further 24 to 36 months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes:
Very dark in colour, dense and structured in a closed black fruit aroma and phenolic compounds of mint hue. Mouth full of matter, tight texture, plenty of body and freshness with a balsamic touch, austere and full of character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat and strong cheeses.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
