The wine ferments and stays in French oak barrels until bottling. After bottling the wine is aged about one year in bottle until reach the market.
Wine with deep ruby color, intense and complex aroma, with notes of red fruits (plums and wild aromas) and some violets. In the mouth it is elegant, engaging and complex.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Enjoy with roasted red meat or game that has been lightly caramelized and served with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from Azeitão or a Roquefort.
