The grapes are cooled during the night and slowly fermented with a gentle method in traditional lagars within 15 days.
Dark and intense garnet colour with a slight touch of violet. Intense aroma of flowers, blackberry and plum, also some mint and hazelnut. This selected vine variety develops a subtle floral flavour of orange-flower. In the mouth full and powerful, very balanced with noticeable freshness, persisting and elegant in the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Very good accompaniment to meat dishes, red meat and ground game and dishes with cream-sauces.
