Winemaking:
Tawny Port Wines age in barrels (550 l), in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, over many years. In this process, the art of the Master Blender is fundamental, to perfectly balance wines with different ages, maintaining the Niepoort style.

Golden in colour, with aromas of dried apricots and candied tangerine peel well integrated with hints of nut. In the mouth it reveals dried fruits with a great structure and a spirited finish offering surprising aromas of orange and lemon peel, caramel and honey.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.

Food Pairing:
To be served chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts.
