The grapes fermented in small 1,000 kg rats with maceration for 10 days in order to extract colour, aromas and good tannins in a smooth way. It aged for 14 months in French oak barrels (70%) and Portuguese oak barrels (30%).

Tasting Notes:
Very appealing ruby colour. Aroma with notes of black plums, menthol, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is engaging, with silky tannins ending in saline, long and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
