Manual harvest in baskets of 40Kg, the bunches are carefully selected from a sorting table, and then the grapes are gently crushed and transported to the fermentation tanks without help of pumps. Here are macerated in 3 to 6 hours at low temperature and the resulting bleed spontaneously ferment at 12ºC in order to maintain all the aromatic potential.
Pale pink color with cherry tones, has a very intense nose ripe strawberry, married with notes of iodine and black pepper. In the mouth is surprising is textured, saline, but fresh, with salts to persist and to sting the palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
It is an excellent wine to be served as an aperitif or to drink with a barbecue in the summer.
