Pre-fermentative maceration for 36 hours, fermentation at controlled temperature between 24 and 26ºC. Stage for 8 months in new French oak barrels, followed by stage in bottle for 18 months.
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro
Intense ruby color. Aroma complex, evident wood of good qualities, but well-married, ripe red fruits. Palate with notes of jam and toasted notes at the end, all in an excellent balance. Complex and elegant finish.
