Hand picking of the grapes to small baskets. Total destemming of the grapes. Wine fermentation with moderate temperature control in stainless steel vats. Manual remontage. Part of the wine rests in stainless steel vats and the rest in oak casks with an average of 3 to 4 months in oak prior to bottling.

Full ruby colour. Fresh fruit with a hint of vanilla. Full bodied, smooth, sweet tannins with a very nice and long finish.

To be served at a temperature between 15º to 16º C.
Ideal with grilled food, meat and specialy white meat, stews, pizzas and light cheeses. Also nice with oriental cusine.
