Immediately after harvest, the new Porto, which displays a sharp color and a strong fruity flavor, is selected and put to age in large wooden vats. The aging process is slow, allowing to obtain a complex with trace port fresh fruit. It should be consumed after bottling, since its quality does not improve in the bottle.
Deep ruby-red with garnet halo. Classic nose of intense black fruit. Palate firm, vigorous, full-bodied, with aromas of fresh fruit and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º and 18º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.
It is advised to be served with dessert, especially with cheese or chocolate.
